Great post. Thanks.

I am a huge fan of singing. And I’ve passed it on to my kiddos. I’ve made them each their own song, which they love me to sing to them. Most wonderful of all is their voices, lifted to the heavens no matter what they do, they are singing. I love to sing. I’m not that hot at it, but I love to do it. I’m glad my kids love to sing too. Such simple joys can be found in lifting our voices!

Now I have Moonshadow in my head - not bad, though. I think I like it.

What a great post. Lima Bean and I were just talking the other day about how we should play music more often and not just leave the tv on for background. I used to have music playing all the time when Mensa Child was little.
I'll have to try to get back in the habit.
Glad to hear you're dancing!!!

He has great taste! I love I'll fly away by Allison too (and the Emmy Lou Harris version)...beautiful song.

My son still tears up if I sing "Hush Little Baby" to him like I used to when he was little.

Leon Russell came to Floyd. He's not like the old days. It was hard to make out the words.

"a bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song." Chinese proverb.

Boogie on!
