I really wish that I could find a wonderful novel right now - one that I fall in love with and lose sleep because I can't put it down. I haven't found one of those in a long, long time, and I share your dismay.

Diet Sundrop! I haven't had the Diet version, but is that SE NC or what?

Tell santa I want an IPOD. Not only that I want him to fill it with my favorite music!

I guess if I was you, I'd go to the ocean! I'll be there soon!

Glad to see you back on the blog board!

Kristina

Nice to hear from you - you're inspiring me to actually update my blog. Maybe. :)

Nice to see you back, Terrilynn! I am reading a book by Morris West. His books are older, but definitely worth picking up.

I can't seem to concentrate on a book these days - nothing grabs me. It's awful.

Go to the beach. Go for me, 'cause I can't right now. It's too far away and I'd be mistaken for a beached whale. You could also have a frosty boat drink for me, while you're at it.

Giving up coffee...now that's something!

Tracy

yay! welcome back!!!
Right now I am obsessed with Marge Piercy's Summer People - the beach in this being Cape Cod. And her Gone to Soldiers, the best WWII book yet written. Nothing like the Nazis to make you feel lucky to be a 21st century american!
loving you from here, dear....

Hey, hon. Have you read The Night Listener? It's a terrific read, even if they're going to ruin it with Robin Williams. Try to read without him in mind.

Solitude takes some time to appreciate; sometimes it's an unwanted guest.

I'm glad you and Liam are well. Thank you for checking in on me. And I sure do wish I could be that Santa who brings you the freedom of wirelessness.
