This isn't quite as random as usual, but here are the top ten Christmas songs to come up in shuffle:
- Run Run Rudolph-Kim Carnes
- Do You Hear What I Hear?-Bing Crosby
- Silent Night-the Blind Boys of Alabama
- The Christmas Song-Nat King Cole
- I'll Be Home for Christmas-McCoy Tyner
- Jingle Bell Rock-Randy Travis
- Santa Claus is Comin' to Town-Tony Bennett
- A Breton Carol-the Chieftans
- Away in a Manger-the Blind Boys of Alabama featuring George Clinton and Robert Randolph
- Joy to the World-the Blind Boys of Alabama featuring Aaron Neville
As you can tell, the Blind Boys of Alabama's amazing Go Tell it On the Mountain is a big favorite around here.

One of my favorite holiday songs is "Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues, a modern song, which most times makes me cry. I also really enjoy Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sistes' version of Jingle Bells.

Kathy Mattea singing "Mary Did You Know" would top my list. Oddly enough, I haven't heard much Christmas music this year at all yet. It might be time to dig out the CD's, ya think?

I just love White Christmas by the Drifters. And Santa Baby. And the Redneck 12 Days of Christmas. You know, the one that ends "...and the parts to a Mustang GT!"

My all time favorite is Little Drummer boy, but I also love Do You Hear What I Hear? and Away in a Manger. My mom's favorite is O, Holy Night and so whenever I hear that one, I think of her.
Oh, BTW, Hello, Michele sent me.

Always liked Kenny Loggins, "Celebrate me Home". O Holy Night is favorite carol.

Fairytale of New York is my favourite as well.
All I Want For Christmas by that young girl from Love, Actually
Last Christmas by Wham (what? I like Wham. I'm not too ashamed to admit that. Most days.)
Christmas, Baby Please Come Home by U2
Marshmallow World by some 60s girl group
I like most traditional carols, although I could live quite happily without hearing Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer ever again.
My favourite silly Christmas song is Throw The Yule Log On Uncle John/Good King Kong/Oh Little Town Of Hackensack by PDQ Bach.

I love the Christmas song by Nat King Cole! That's the best. I like Rockin' around the Christmas tree, Elvis and Blue Christmas, Bruce Springstein Merry Christmas Baby and the Eagles Please come home for Christmas.
Louis Armstrong doing Winter Wonderland really makes me feel Christmassy too.
